Why do i need face cream when the lotion is already big?

* Oh yes you need the face cream, the skin around the face is the most sensitive, while we have some products that works for the face and the skin, most of our products don't work that way, most of the face cream comes in small tubes which you may have to use 2/3 tubes to a bottle of the body cream. please do not attempt to go against instructions and warnings as consequences may be expensive to repair!

Do I need to get my skincare range soap?

*  Yes you need the soap, remember while applying your cream, your hands may not touch all the corners that needs to be touched but when you shower with your soap, I can bet your hands will reach all corners because while showering you try as much as possible to touch all corners to remove dirts!

Why are your products expensive?

* Our products are priced according to what we buy with foreign exchange, original Makari is not made in Nigeria. We import them from the United States. We ave to take into consideration the FX at the time of purchase, the US delivery of our products to the Shipper, the customs clearance, the shippers cost from the US and delivery to our office. Our own store overheads, incurring costs of running diesel as those products cannot afford to be kept in a hot environment, staff salaries, internet costs, blackberry costs, telephone costs, government taxes, shop payment and all too numerous to mention.

I have used Makari for so many weeks no results, what is going on?

* If you have just purchased original Makari congratulations, please be patient with our skin, I'm sure you are already aware our products contains no steroids, chemicals, mercury, or hydrquinone so they are not made to work under 1 week but results visible over a period of time. You will sure observe results over a period of time which may take few months but you will sure be happy, just be patient with your skin!

I have a very stubborn skin nothing works

* whatever your feelings are about your skin, we will sure tackle them, reach out to us and we are available to assist 24/7, call out hotlines or walk into the store to speak with our qualified beauticians.

Do you do consultations?

* Yes I do consultations which is N5,000 per skin assessment or you buy products worth that amount and get free consultation, I find it ridiculous that some people would want me to consult for free while they pick up their products from their friends that sells or where they feel its cheaper, if everyone goes that route how will i pay for the medium you are using to tap the knowledge? respect begets respect; if your products are not from my store, pls endeavor to visit the store you made your purchase from to lodge your complaints or visit to www.makari.com for skin and beauty assessment.

How many times am I suppose to mask my face in a month?

Face masking can be done at least 4x a month or as deem fit! if you have oily T-zone, our peel off mask will be your best option, as you mask off, the oil in that zone is masked off totally over a period of time. If you have acne; clay mask will be your best option which you can wash off with warm water after they have become caked! Acne prone skin can mask 2/3 times a month till they achieve flawless skin!


Do you think drinking of water can help my skin?

Yes, drinking of at least 8 glasses of water a day will help in promoting healthy skin and also help you release bad toxins from your system through waste.
while too much of everything could be bad, I'm not asking you to drink 8 gallons a day and get bloated - but at least 8-10 glasses/day is a good measurement!
