How to care for you face & skin in a nutshell

Do you want the glow? then exfoliate your skin once or twice a wewk, if you are too busy to go through the rigour; visit a reputable spa, I usually will not do try and error with my skin, so a good referral will not be a bad idea.

Body scrubbing and Exfoliaton is very important when starting new products, this allows your creams to penetrate well and do a perfect job....... please note dead skin prevents the skin from glowing.....they are no good for the skin, so buff off, scrub off, exfoliate and watch your skin take a marvelous u-turn!
